于强（Qiang YU），男，山东青岛人，荷兰莱顿大学法学院获(Leiden Law School)法学博士学位，现为山东科技大学文法学院法学系讲师（lecturer，College of Humanity and Law, Shandong University of Science and Technology）。Journal of Competition Law & Economics, Journal of World Intellectual Property等杂志审稿人。主要研究领域有反垄断法、反垄断法与知识产权、反垄断法的经济分析等。
