张蕾，女，1987年6月出生，汉族，现为文法学院法学系学术副教授，硕士生导师。先后于中国海洋大学法政学院取得法学学士和硕士学位，于浙江大学光华法学院取得法学博士学位，曾赴德国基尔大学国际法研究所进行为期一年的交流访学，主要研究方向：国际海洋法。
